At SavvyB Shop, all of our products are handcrafted in small batches using quality ingredients. Due to the personal nature of our items, we have the following refund and return policy in place.

All Sales Are Final

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personal care products, including but not limited to:

• Soaps

• Lotions & body butters

• Scrubs

• Lip products

• Deodorants

• Perfumes

• Candles

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@savvybshop.online with:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging

We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit once the issue is verified.

Lost or Delayed Packages

SavvyB Shop is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped.
