Processing Time

All orders are handcrafted and processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

During holidays, sales, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

We currently ship using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available for customers in the [your city/area].

  • Select Local Pickup at checkout.

  • You will receive an email notification when your order is ready.

  • Orders are typically ready for pickup within 2–5 business days.

  • Pickup location and instructions will be provided in the confirmation email.

Please bring your order confirmation when picking up your order.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. SavvyB Shop is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. SavvyB Shop is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

SavvyB Shop is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist with filing a claim with the carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit.

International Shipping

At this time, SavvyB Shop ships internationally.

If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
